Shannon Deary-Bell Beats 2023 Fundraising Goal

President and CEO, Shannon Deary-Bell raised over $55,000 beating her $20,000 goal, in the 2023 L5 Investments Capital Cup for Jenna and Patrick’s Foundation of Hope over the weekend of September 14-17, 2023.

The L5 Investments Capital Cup is a Ryder Cup Style Tournament where area leaders, divided into two teams, rally to individually raise funds for their favorite charities. This year, the teams played beautifully and it was a close call but Shannon’s team won! The winning team’s designated charities will share a prize fund of $100,000. 

Jenna and Patrick’s Foundation of Hope is a foundation that raises funds and awareness for the search for a cure for Cystinosis, a rare metabolic disease. Jenna and Patrick are now in high school and beating the odds, despite the terrible toll Cystinosis put on their young bodies. Year after year, Shannon vows to raise funds for Jenna & Patrick’s foundation, playing with the River City Blues, accompanied by her husband, and local premiere golf course designer, Brad Bell.
